I've just recently watched Full Metal Alchemist for the first time. (Yeah. I missed out on good anime).
I love Ed's reaction when everyone assumes that Al is the Full metal Alchemist because of his armour. Beside him, everyone would think Ed is short. So what can you do?
Yes. I am also vertically challenged- no need to rub it in.
Then I came across another Gaia Contest that requires drawing them. Who would let that opportunity pass?!
So, I drew this with the passion of the anime series still fresh in me.

The exact situation you just described...it happens in the third episode of the Brotherhood anime. And it is beautiful. XD
